A teacher in Germany got the shock of her life when she received a pet hamster for her birthday.
Her class had bought the cute hamster as a present - but it gave her the wrong kind of surprise!
Before class, the group of girls playfully show the hamster off in the hands and on their desks, while one person stands outside to keep a look out for the teachers arrival.
Once the teacher comes into the classroom, all the girls starting to sing 'Happy Birthday' to her.
One of the girls goes up to her and presents her with a gift bag, but the last thing she was expecting is a pet hamster.
As soon as she opens the bag, she screams and drops the bag on the floor.
She then stomps on it, leaving the poor creature for dead, surely.
The teacher dumps the bag into the bin before launching a brief tirade at her students.
The classroom draws out a eerie silence of shock and horror as she begins to unpack her bag for the lesson.
Some teachers just don't know how to show their appreciation to their students - unfortunately we don't know if the hamster survived its attack
