Oklahoma City police received a call to a home in the 1500 block of N.E. 26th Street on a report of a burglary. The person who called police said a man was inside the home and could be seen inside one of the bedrooms trying to hide a "bunch of panties and a bottle of lotion."

Hanson was arrested on a complaint of second-degree burglary. He had several pairs of panties, bras and a bottle of lotion in his possession, according to the report.

The report also notes Hanson was wearing panties, a leotard and a corset.

When asked why Hanson was in the home he stated, "he met a man at a gas station whom he did not know his name, told him it was okay," according to the report.

DEATH STREET: 65 ACCIDENTS PHOTOGRAPHED IN 54 DAYS

A street crossing in China is called "death street", as there is at least one accident per day there.

Mr. Chen, a tobacco shop owner at the corner of Fanfu Street in Changsha, capital of Hunan province, said he has got a habit that once he hears a crashing sound, he or his staff would dash out to shoot the scene, which must be an accident.

Chen said he has counted 65 car accidents within 54 days, and on one outstanding day there were four accidents at the crossing.

"The street was just opened at the end of last year. At first I just noticed that there was a lot of accidents, but never thought of counting it," said Chen.

Chen started to count the accidents from this March, and the count result astonished him that within 54 days there are 65 car accidents; an average of 1.2 accidents a day.

Chen said Fanfu Street is really wide, and the vehicles are running really fast and often neglecting the lights.

"I don't know if one day I would become the victim on this street," said Chen.

One partner's male birth status allows two Texas women to get married

Can a person born a man but who is now a woman marry another woman?

Sabrina J. Hill and her longtime girlfriend, Therese "Tee" Bur, were legally married Monday in San Antonio after being unable to get a marriage license in El Paso.

"It's a weight lifted," Hill said Tuesday in a telephone interview. "Now the federal government and state government recognize our love."

The marriage of two women from rural Hudspeth County has put a spotlight on Texas laws and has El Paso County Attorney Jo Anne Bernal asking the state attorney general for clarification.

Hill, 60, was born with both male and female organs and is listed as a man in her birth certificate. But her current identification has her as a woman.

The Texas Constitution defines marriage as between one man and one woman.

According to documents, Hill was born Virgil Eugene Hill Jr. in New York state.

After a medical procedure as a infant, Hill grew up as boy and as a man served in the U.S. Army. She said she always felt something was different. "I knew what I looked like and what I was, was not the same," Hill said.

Around the age of 28, a medical exam found that Hill had ovaries. She eventually had a sex-change surgery, and she legally became Sabrina Jeanne Hill in 1991.

About 17 years ago, Hill and Bur met and have since considered themselves to be married, even if it not legally.

"I found God doesn't make mistakes," Bur said. "We don't always understand why (Hill) is different, but she is a child of God."
It wasn't until Hill attempted to get veteran medical benefits for Bur as a spouse that the couple decided to get married. In February, they applied for a marriage license in El Paso.

"No one in El Paso was ever rude to us," Bur, 52, said. "They were always supportive. They just felt they didn't have the authority to deal with it."

Last month, Bernal filed a request asking Attorney General Greg Abbott to decide whether Hill is a man based on the birth certificate or if Hill is a woman based on the name-change documents and on a driver's license.

"A request for the opinion is not necessarily just on this case but it's about how to apply the law," said Elhiu Dominguez, spokesman for the county attorney. "The information on this case contradicted each other. Basically, we are asking the attorney general if there is a document that is more important than the other ones."

Bexar County Clerk Gerard C. "Gerry" Rickhoff said the marriage license was granted based on Hill's birth certificate.

Rickhoff said Bexar County's decision is based on the Littleton vs. Prange court case out of San Antonio in 1999.

In that case, Christie Lee Littleton (born Lee Cavazos before a sex change) was married for seven years until the death of her husband, Jonathan Mark Littleton. Christie Lee Littleton filed a wrongful-death lawsuit against a doctor. A judge ruled against the lawsuit, deciding that Littleton, based on the original birth certificate, was a male and therefore could not be the spouse of another man.

Rickhoff said his office approves marriage licenses to same-sex couples, depending on their birth certificate, about once or twice each year.

"As I recall, he (the judge) said you are what you are at your birth," Rickhoff said. "I don't care what they appear to me or what manner of dress. We are familiar with them, and they are well received when they come to our office."

Hill and Bur never intended to make a social statement or seek publicity but are now receiving interview requests from as far away as England.

"It did strike me. We have been living so covertly, being careful not to express public displays of affection, and then we were standing in front of a judge saying, 'You may now kiss your bride,'" Bur said. "A public display of affection -- it is so validating."

Skirt Wearing Brit In Trouble Again

A man banned from wearing skirts or showing bare legs on school days has been found guilty of breaching an Asbo.

Peter Trigger, 60, from Farndon Close, Northampton, was given an anti-social behavior order in December 2008.

He is forbidden from behaving in a manner which causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.

Northampton Magistrates' Court found him guilty of harassing his neighbors but declined to activate a suspended prison sentence he also faced.

Trigger had been banned from wearing a skirt or showing bare legs on a school day between 0830 and 1000 and 1445 and 1600 GMT or BST, the court was told.

Magistrates found him guilty of breaching the Asbo by deliberately bending over in front of his neighbors early in the morning on 16 December last year, causing them harassment, alarm and distress.

You have the human right to dress as you wish but your actions must not cause harassment, alarm or distress

Trigger was given the Asbo, which runs until 2013, in December 2008 after parents complained he was waiting near a primary school in the town dressed in clothes similar to school uniform.

He also has a 12-week suspended prison sentence for exposure imposed last year.

Chairman of the bench Chris Musson said: "Your action in standing in front of the van and bending over two or three times was deliberate.

"Mr and Mrs Copping were upset. You have the human right to dress as you wish but your actions must not cause harassment, alarm or distress."

"We feel it would be unjust because this breach itself would not warrant a prison sentence and you are the carer for your aged mother."

Trigger has to attend sex offenders' group work and is on the sex offenders register for seven years.

He also is under supervision for 24 months and must observe a 12-week curfew from 0700 to 0900 GMT.

Trigger was also fined 100 and ordered to pay 300 court costs and a 15 to his victims.

Jerena Tomaszewska, prosecuting, said Trigger was seen outside his house at 0725 GMT on 16 December by neighbours Philip and Mary Copping.

"He stood by the witness's van with his back to it. He bent down and was appearing to be doing something with his laces.

"He repeatedly bent down until Mr and Mrs Copping drove off."

Trigger told police he was bending down to collect debris from a wall which had collapsed between his house and the one next door.

Ms Mason told him: "We are not going to send you to prison today and you are quite fortunate in that."

Florida airport screener accused of attack after jeers at genitals

A Miami airport screener, agitated at continued ribbing after colleagues saw his body parts in an imaging scanner, attacked a colleague, police said.

Photobucket

A Miami International Airport federal security screener has been arrested for allegedly using an expandable police baton to beat up a co-worker.

The source of their conflict, police say: daily ribbing about the size of the screener's genitalia.

Screener Rolando Negrin's private body parts were observed by his Transportation Security Administration colleagues conducting training on the airport's full-body imaging machines.

Months of joking culminated on Tuesday night, when Negrin attacked co-worker Hugo Osorno in an employee parking lot, according to an arrest report.

Negrin ``stated he could not take the jokes any more and lost his mind,'' said the report, made public Thursday.

The agitated screener forced Osorno to his knees and made him apologize before whacking him on the back and arms with the baton, according to the report.

Negrin, who posted $7,500 bond on Wednesday night, is charged with aggravated battery.

Federal officials began using full-body scanning machines at airports across the nation in 2008, touting them as a high-tech, effective way to screen passengers for weapons or dangerous materials.

Screeners in a separate room view images of the human body, private parts and all, with the person's face blurred. The machines have raised concerns from the American Civil Liberties Union, which says they represent an invasion of passengers' privacy.

Florida ACLU Director Howard Simon said he frowns on the ``electronic strip search'' and called on the government to use less invasive security technology.

``Ribbing and fighting among TSA workers -- it's a sad story. It's an unnecessary story,'' Simon said Thursday. ``The government is being seduced by new technology.''

TSA spokesman Jonathan Allen, in a statement issued Thursday, said that Negrin is being suspended and an internal inquiry is being launched.

``TSA has a zero-tolerance policy for workplace violence,'' he said. ``We are investigating to determine whether training procedures were violated and will take appropriate action as necessary.''

JOKE: A woman went to doctor

A woman went to doctors office where she was seen by one of the new doctors. After about 4 minutes in the examination room, she burst out, screaming as she ran down the hall. An older doctor stopped her and asked what the problem was, and she told him her story.

After listening, he had her sit down in another room and told her to relax. The older doctor marched down hallway to the back where the first doctor was and demanded, "What's the matter with you? Mrs. Terry is 63 years old, she has four grown children and seven grandchildren, and you told her she was pregnant?"

The new doctor calmly continued to write on his
clipboard and without looking up said, "Does she still have the hiccups?"
