The preacher got up in church one Sunday morning and told the congregation, "Brothers and sisters, we are going to have to do something about teenagers parking behind the church at night. I was out there this morning and there are enough beer cans out there to build a car."

One of the old sisters stood up and said, "Amen brother, and enough rubbers to put tires on it."

Baby elephant attacks keeper

A video of an elephant knocking down and then pinning his trainer in a corner at an Ohio zoo has been released.

The elephant then backs away before charging at the keeper, who has been in a hospital since the attack three weeks ago.

The video was released by the Toledo Zoo and shows the keeper stumbling out of the enclosure while the elephant stands back.

The zoo's director says she's not sure why the elephant turned on the keeper, whom the elephant had known since birth.

She says it looks as if he was startled and started play-fighting like elephants do in the wild.

The injured man and his family initially fought against the video's release but changed their minds to show that the animal wasn't mistreated.

Dead suspicious

A suspicious wife sat over her husband's body for 14 days because she suspected he was faking his own death to get away from her.

The woman, 72, told police in Vaslui, Romania, she did not report the death until she was sure hubby Vasile wasn't trying to trick her so he could start a new life with his mistress.

Police spokewoman Mihaela Straub said: "There are no signs of foul play and he had a well established heart condition."

"And why is my older sister called Moonchild?" The mother said, "We were watching the moon while she was conceived."
