A man who police say legally changed his name to Beezow Doo-Doo Zopittybop-Bop-Bop faces weapon and drug charges after he was found drinking and using drugs in the area of Reynolds Park on Madison's Near East Side on Thursday afternoon, Madison, Wisconsin police said.

Police said Zopittybop-Bop-Bop, 30, of Madison, quickly put his hands in his pockets as police approached. The officers said they recognized Zopittybop-Bop-Bop from past incidents in which he was charged with carrying a concealed weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police said he was on parole and had specific requirements making it illegal for him to carry any type of weapon. They said he had previously been charged with concealing a handgun, but on Thursday he was carrying a knife.

They said they also found marijuana and drug paraphernalia in Zopittybop-Bop-Bop's pockets. Zopittybop-Bop-Bop now faces new charges of carrying a concealed weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and a probation violation.

A Target 18-wheeler ended up off-target near Monticello, Minnesota this morning when the driver apparently lost control and plunged off the roadway into a frozen lake. State Police are trying to figure out how this happened.

Minnesota cops were actually first to publicize the bizarre incident, publishing photos to Twitter before local news media could swoop in.

While the Ice wasn't nearly thick enough to support the truck, it could hold the driver, who was able to walk to safety across it. The driver, John Nettifee, was treated for minor injuries and given the once-over at a local hospital before being released.

There's no official accident report yet, but another truck driver who allegedly witnessed the accident guessed that Nettifee lost control before his truck broke through roadside catcher cables and wound up in the lake.

JOKE: The secret to being able to sneak in late at night

There was this guy who always went out drinking with his friends. He would always come home very late. One night, while he was at the bar he told them his secret for being able to sneak in late.

"When I walk in the house, before the wife can say anything, I lay her down, take off her panties, and give her the best oral sex she's ever had, until she has such an orgasm that she falls into a deep sleep. Then, I wash up and go to bed. By morning, she is so pleased, she doesn't care what time I came home."

His friend Bobby thinks this is a great idea. So he stays out late, comes home, sneaks into the bedroom, gives his wife the best oral sex she's ever had, and goes to wash up. His wife walks into the bathroom, obviously upset that he's home so late.

"Hey, why aren't you sleeping?" he asks.

"I was, but I came in to tell you that we've got to sleep on the couch tonight, 'cause my mother is sleeping in our bedroom.'"

VIDEO: New Year brawl destroys Chinese Restaurant in Montreal

A massive New Year's brawl at the New Dynasty restaurant in Chinatown, Montreal was caught on tape by a patron. For several minutes patrons tossed plates and other projectiles at each other before fleeing. The restaurant suffered considerable damage and two people inside the restaurant were injured.

One refused treatment and the other was brought to hospital with minor injuries. Police say they got several calls about the brawl, but they aren't likely to press any charges relating to the melee. Officers arrived at 3:55 a.m. on Jan. 1, after the battle ended.

Neither those involved in the brawl nor the restaurant itself appeared interested in pressing charges, so there will be no further police investigation in the incident. A restaurant official who did not wish to be identified said that the establishment suffered about $20,000 in damages.

"I don't know what they argued for," he said. "All of sudden he just stand up on the chair and start flying all the dishes all the cups." The expenses will be considerable. "We have to replace all the chairs and tables, we have to repaint the whole restaurant and you can see that some of the wall is broken and the we have to change the carpet."
